Jason Reynolds was in Brookline on October 25 to promote his latest book Lu, the fourth book in the Track series. He spoke for about an hour and shared the story of how he became a poet and writer even without having ever read an entire book until he got to college. Reynolds is passionate about promoting reading engaging, especially among boys. He strives to connect with young readers by promising to write books that aren't 'boring.' Read something of his this weekend, you won't be disappointed.
